
Recently installed anti virus software?
Please note that the installation/setup of certain anti virus applications have been reported as disturbing some of the system files used by Thesaurus Payroll Manager. To get your payroll working again simply reinstall the payroll to the same location as before. Your data will be intact.

Problem installing the CD?
If your CD does not automatically run, then click on the "My Computer" icon on your desktop, then click on the CD drive (usually D or E) and then double click on CDSetup.exe

Looking for your unlock code?
Your software will function for 3 weekly updates or 1 monthly update without an unlock code. If you have purchased the software, your unlock code can be found on your invoice.

After upgrading - version number has not changed
This is most likely due to an older upgrade file still existing in your computer's cache. You should delete the cache and try Check for Updates again.
To delete the cache:
Internet Explorer 7:-
From the Tools menu, select Internet Options... .
Choose the General tab.
Under Browsing history, click Delete... .
Next to "Temporary Internet Files", click Delete files... .
Click Close, and then click OK to exit.
Internet Explorer 4.x, 5.x, and 6.x for Windows:-
From the Tools menu (for version 4.x, the View menu), select Internet Options... .
Choose the General tab.
In the "Temporary Internet Files" section, click Delete Files... .
To confirm the deletion, click OK.
In the Internet Options dialog box, click OK.
