To access this utility go to Process ICON NO. 1 OR Employees > Add/Amend employee details > Select HR Details Tab

HR section enables you to record personnel details for all employees.This section is optional.

 

  • Enter date of recruitment if applicable
  • Enter starting salary if applicable
  • Enter other matters if applicable
  • Enter review date if applicable -The Payroll software will prompt you when a review is pending for an employee. As each review is complete, it is important to change the review date to ensure that the payroll software prompts the next review.
  • Enter phone numbers if applicable
  • Enter Medical information if applicable
  • If you wish to email password protected pdf payslips to employees, enter the employee's email address and password. This requires the installation of Win2PDF Pro printer on your computer.
  • An Employee Detail Request form can be accessed from HR. Acrobat Reader is required.
