Directors Accounts

 

DIRECTORS ACCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE TO RENAME IN ORDER TO CUSTOMISE THE DIRECTOR ACCOUNTS TO ASSIGN AN ACCOUNT TO EACH OF THE DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY IN ORDER TO RECORD DIRECTORS TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN THE DIRECTOR AND THE COMPANY.
 
 
To rename Directors Accounts simply go to Setup > User Defined Income / Expense / Directors
 
 
Fixed Name                                                                                             
 
Click on the Fixed Name of one of the one of the Directors Accounts which you wish to rename e.g. Directors Account #1
 
 
Enter Preferred Name here                   
 
Within this box, type the preferred name of the Directors Account which will identify to which Director the account will now belong.  All transactions between the company and the particular Director, to whom this account now belongs, will be recorded in this account.
 
The Directors Account will now show under the user entered preferred name on the transaction entry screens, accounts and all reports.
 
 

THERE ARE FOUR DIRECTORS ACCOUNTS AVAILABLE TO RENAME IN ORDER TO RECORD TRANSACTIONS AND BALANCES BY DIRECTOR.

THESE DIRECTOR ACCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE WITHIN THE BANK> PAYMENTS> AND BANK> RECEIPTS> TRANSACTION SCREENS IN ORDER TO RECORD PAYMENT AND RECEIPT TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN THE DIRECTOR AND THE COMPANY DIRECTLY.
