Amending a Supplier Name

WHEN A SUPPLIER NAME IS AMENDED, ALL HISTORICAL TRANSACTIONS APPEAR UNDER THE NEW SUPPLIER NAME, ALL TRACES OF THE ORIGINAL SUPPLIER NAME ARE LOST.

 

 

 

 

Old Name            

 

Select the Supplier from the drop down list by clicking on the down arrow to scroll through the list of Suppliers which is sorted alphabetically, or by typing the first letter of the Supplier Name.

 

 

New Name                       

 

Enter the amended Supplier Name.

 

 

Update                                         

 

To save the amendments made to the Supplier Name.
