A dedicated?Corrections?utility will be available within your payroll software to facilitate any corrections that may be required?before the AECS is submitted?for that pay date.
After making the correction, where the software detects that a correction submission is required, a?Correction AECS?will automatically be created for you and you will be prompted to submit it.
No manual upload should be required for correction submissions made prior to the cut-off.
Submission deadline rule (6:30pm cut-off)
Auto-Enrolment contributions are always calculated at?1.5% of the employee’s gross earnings for the period.
Correction AECS submissions can only be submitted?up to 6:30pm on the employee’s pay date.
Once the 6:30pm cut-off time has passed:
Manual corrections after the cut-off time
Where the 6:30pm deadline has passed,?any required correction must be carried out directly on the MyFutureFund employer portal.
Payroll software cannot make any contribution adjustments after this point.
