Why is Thesaurus Payroll 2025 downloading as a 60-day free trial – I have already purchased a licence?

Thesaurus Payroll always downloads as a 60-day free trial (with full functionality). On purchasing a 2026 licence, you will have received a licence key on the invoice that was emailed to you. Simply select ‘Enter Licence key’ in top left corner of Thesaurus Payroll 2026.

If the system prompts you to ‘Close Company’, click on File in the top left corner and select Close Company to complete the activation.
