The Opportunity
Due to our continued growth, we are looking to build a new Talent Acquisition Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes in Ireland and the UK.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Talent Acquisition team will support the wider HR Team and business. This role plays a critical part in attracting suitably qualified, experienced and diverse talent to the company. The individual must have a proven track record in delivering against recruitment targets along with a demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships. Strong communication and organisational skills are also an essential requirement for this position.
More on the role
- Actively work with hiring managers and provide an efficient recruitment process to the business. Sourcing candidates, arranging interviews and issuing contracts of employment
- Build candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience is provided
- Identify new candidate channels that can be utilised to meet recruitment requirements
- Take job brief from hiring manager and deliver full recruitment process - end to end recruitment
- Manage the TA Team as it grows
- Conduct in-depth candidate screens and assess potential candidates against key company requirements.
- Facilitate the interview and selection process with hiring managers
- Identify and convert hard-to-find passive talent by constantly exploring new talent channels, introducing the Bright employee value proposition.
- Deliver results against company KPIs and team objectives
- Identify process improvement within the recruitment process
- Produce timely and accurate recruitment statistics and reporting
- Coordinate and support onboarding for new employees
- Assist with graduate and internship recruitment, career fairs and other initiatives
The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Business, Human Resources or related discipline preferred
- Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced environment and a track record of developing solutions against demanding targets
- Knowledge of working in a global, SAS organisation is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines in a multi-tasking and fast paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- Strong relationship building and team working attributes
- Experience using HR Systems and maintaining databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Location
Initially this role will be office based to accommodate training and induction. On completion of probation, we will support hybrid working. Our brand-new office is based in Duleek, Co. Meath.
