Error 1014 - Invalid ROS Certificate


Should you suddenly receive this error number when retrieving RPNs or submitting PSRs, and your digital certificate has been working successfully to date within Thesaurus Payroll Manager, then we recommend simply closing out of the software and re-accessing it to try and resolve.
