Self Service App

 

Once an employee has been sent an email invitation to begin using Thesaurus Connect and set their own password, they have the option to download the free Brightpay App available on both iOS and Android. 

Once your employee has downloaded the App to their smartphone or tablet, they can use their email address and password to log in. 

Within the App, employees can view their payslips and other documents, request annual leave and view or request changes to their personal details. 

 

 

 

Once logged in, under the Home tab, employees will see an overview of their personal details, annual leave entitlements, and available documentation. 

 

 

Under the Documents tab, employees can access all their current year payslips which can be viewed or downloaded and printed if needed. Also in this tab any documentation which the employer has uploaded and made available can be accessed by the employee. 

 

 

Under the Calendar tab, employees can view their personal leave calendar and use the icon in the top right corner to request annual leave. This request will be instantly sent to their employer or designated line manager as assigned within Thesaurus Payroll Manager. 

 

 

Under the My Details tab, employees are able to view and request amendments to the personal details that their employer has for them. Use the pen icon in the top right corner of the App to edit this section and request changes. 

 

 

To log out of the App, under the Home tab, simply tap the icon in the top right corner and select the profile you wish to log out of.

For Android

  • Tap and hold the profile to log out. 

For iOS

  • Swipe the profile left to log out.
